Welcome to The Black Sheep Private Mentorship, a six-month transformational mentoring experience provided by A Leap Of Faith Coaching ("we", "our", "us").

By enrolling in this mentoring programme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

​

 

1. Programme Overview

The Black Sheep Private Mentorship is a personalized six-month mentoring experience designed to support your personal growth, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, confidence and authentic self-expression.

​

The programme includes:

• Twelve (12) private mentoring sessions

• Personalised coaching and transformational processes

• Tailored resources and reflective exercises

• Email support between scheduled sessions (as outlined below)

• Accountability and guidance throughout the mentoring period

​

Every mentoring journey is individually tailored and may incorporate transformational coaching, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, shadow work, transpersonal approaches, values alignment and shamanic healing where appropriate.

2. Investment

The investment for the programme is:

​

A$3,500 AUD

​

Payment may be made:

• In full prior to commencement, or

• Via an approved payment plan.

​

All payments must be received according to the agreed payment schedule.

​

 

3. Payment Plans

​

Where a payment plan has been agreed:

• Payments are due on the agreed dates.

• Missed payments may result in mentoring sessions being postponed until payments are brought up to date.

• Payment plans are a commitment for the full programme.

• Full payment must be completed within 20 weeks of enrollment.

4. Programme Duration

​

Your mentoring journey runs for approximately six months from your commencement date.

Sessions should generally be used within this timeframe.

​

Extensions may be considered at the discretion of A Leap Of Faith Coaching in exceptional circumstances.

​

​

 

5. Scheduling Sessions

​

Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement.

​

Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions in advance to maintain continuity and momentum and preferably locked in fortnightly.

​

 

6. Rescheduling

​

Life happens.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited, except in cases of genuine emergency or illness.

7. Missed Sessions

​

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used.

​

 

8. Email Support

​

Reasonable email support is included throughout the mentoring period.

​

Email support is intended for:

• brief questions

• clarification

• accountability

• encouragement

​

It is not intended to replace scheduled mentoring sessions.

Responses are generally provided within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

 

9. Confidentiality

​

Everything discussed during mentoring sessions remains strictly confidential unless:

​

• disclosure is required by Australian law

• there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person

​

Your privacy is respected at all times.

 

10. Coaching & Healing Disclaimer

​

Private Mentorship is designed to support personal growth, self-awareness and transformation.

​

It is not:

• psychological counselling

• psychiatric treatment

• medical treatment

• legal advice

• financial advice

​

Any shamanic healing, energetic work or spiritual practices offered are complementary approaches intended to support personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

You remain responsible for all decisions and actions you take throughout the mentoring relationship.

11. Client Commitment

​

Lasting transformation requires commitment.

​

By joining this programme you agree to:

• attend sessions prepared and on time

• participate openly and honestly

• complete agreed reflective practices where possible

• take responsibility for implementing what you learn

• communicate respectfully throughout the mentoring relationship

​

 

12. Refund Policy

​

Due to the highly personalised nature of this mentoring experience and the limited number of places available, all payments are non-refundable once the programme has commenced.

​

If exceptional circumstances arise, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of A Leap Of Faith Coaching.

​

 

13. Ending the Mentoring Relationship

​

Either party may end the mentoring relationship if it is believed continuing is no longer appropriate.

​

If mentoring is discontinued by A Leap Of Faith Coaching due to inappropriate behaviour, harassment or repeated breaches of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

 

14. Intellectual Property

​

All programme materials, exercises, meditations, worksheets and resources remain the intellectual property of A Leap Of Faith Coaching.

​

They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

​

While every effort is made to provide a high-quality mentoring experience, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Your progress depends upon your own commitment, participation and willingness to implement what you learn.

 

16. Acceptance

​

By enrolling in The Black Sheep Private Mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

A Final Note

Private Mentorship is a partnership.

​

My commitment is to create a safe, supportive and empowering space where you feel seen, challenged and encouraged as you grow.

Your commitment is to show up with openness, courage and a willingness to step beyond what has been familiar.
